Smaller Conformer Shells can sometimes make an Artificial Eye Fitting a little more challenging.

I've been noticing a lot of my patients either has a small conformer shells that they've been using for a long time or didn't have one at all since the operation.
They were a little challenging but I have high hopes that I could maximize the look of their prosthesis aesthetically.
One of the function of Conformer shells is to keep the size of the Eye socket from getting smaller. Therefore, a small conformer shell that is used for quite a little while could results to the eye socket being smaller than usual.

Usually my patients will need more than just 2 visits before we can finalize the shape of their Artificial Eye.
