This is a Story of a Mother of an Artificial Eye User, where her daughter has experienced a traumatic injury resulting to the removal of her Eyeball. When the Mother of an Artificial Eye User was asked how did it feel to have her daughter eyes removed:
(paraphrased) Hindi sinadya sakanya. tumama ang binatong putol na tiles at sa mata tumama. Masakit bilang magulang na nangyari iyun sa anak ko. At nagaalala ako sakanya lalo na sa school. Ang ma bully ng kapwa bata niya. (It was an accident. She was hit by a tiles that was being thrown and it hit her eye. It's really hard as a mother that something like that could happen to my child. I am worried when she goes to school, that she might experience bullying from other children like her) When asked what she felt when she received her new Artificial Eye Nung nagpagawa na ang Artificial Eye niya, masaya at nawala ang pag aalala at nagkaroon siya ng confidence sa sarili. (When she had her Artificial Eye made, I was so happy and all my worries [about the bullying] are gone. she also have better self confidence)
