Farewell, Bangs!

a Bangs is a slang term used in the Philippines for a person who styles their hair covering part of their forehead.

This is a story of a girl, who haven't used any Prosthetic Eye ever since she was operated because of her Retinoblastoma, and throughout her life, she would style her hear with a bangs, covering up the part without an Eye.

After we fitted her with a Prosthetic Eye,  she finally have the courage to tie up her hair into a pony tail, and without the Bangs. Most people would take that opportunity for granted, for someone who does it to hide a part of their face, for me is a very big life changer. And I congratulate her! =)

Nagkaroon po ako ng Retinoblastoma when i was 3 years old.

Yung effect napakalaki. since di ako sinanay na naka artificial nung bata ako, need ko mag bangs everyday of my life just to cover the affected eye as in half face bangs. So that people won't usually recognize it.
Then, yung simple things talaga na everybody can do yung super nakapag pa-struggle sakin nitong case ko. Like kumuha ng mga government ID's, mag pa 2x2 picture, mag ponytail ng buhok, and i remember takot na takot ako sa hangun nun. Kidding aside.
